Presents Mary Antonia Lombardi (MAL) Solo Exhibit at Hub 17 NYC

At HUB 17, 73 Wave Street, Staten Island

Exhibition runs from November 10 – 13, 2016 - 12 pm to 7 pm

Reception November 12th from 7pm

As part of what the Hub calls "MICRO EXHIBITIONS” A 4 DAY, POP UP EXHIBIT THAT RUNS THURSDAY - SUNDAY FOR LOCAL VISUAL ARTIST AND PHOTOGRAPHERS. 
Staten Island born artist, Mary-Antonia Lombardi (aka MAL) will be exhibiting at Hub 17 Gallery on Staten Island. MAL is best known for her expressionistic figurative paintings.
The show is titled "Inspiration and Exploration". The artist stated, "The exhibit will consist of works, old and new. It will show my progression through the years. 
A look at all that has inspired me and things I have explored with my painting."
The exhibit runs from November 10th through November 13th. The Meet and Greet reception will be held Saturday, November 12th from 7pm - 10 pm. 
Hub 17 NYC is located at 73 Wave Street, Staten Island NY. 

THE RETRO ART SHOW” is presented by the Labyrinth Arts Collective and gives homage to art styles from the 1960's - 70's. So, grab some trippy beads and disco glasses, take a picture and enjoy the show !

Admission $15.00 at the door, $10 if prepaid; includes the following: two raffle tickets for our Retro Gift Basket, Musical Entertainment and show hosted by Marvin F. Camillo Valentine , director of La Familia Repertory Theatre. Guest Appearance by Hey Viv ! Retro Clothing with an Interactive Photo Op for all guests!! Light refreshments and beverages.

Join us this Second Saturday for our dual opening reception! We are premiering two exciting shows to close out the year. Our open call gallery show - Danger, Construction Area, Keep Out - is a themed exhibition responding to the idea of construction, both literal and figurative. We are also proud to display the painting and watercolor works of our students in our hallway. Light refreshments will be served. Reception 2-5pm.

Members create and display art that helps them in their journey to recovery.

The theme of our OVER THE SOFA Exhibit was inspired by a gallery visitor who wanted to buy a piece to put over her sofa.  Stop by our gallery to see whether we have the perfect something for over YOUR sofa!
