One session of 3 hours, Saturday, October 14, 12:30-3:30 pm. The class is free, but is limited to 6 students.
You must reserve the space with a refundable deposit of $10, (refundable after your child attends the class).
SICC is a 501(c)3 non-profit org; donations are always welcome.
Call or text 917-796-7279 to confirm your child’s reservation. Please leave a phone # for a confirmation call back/text. Once confirmed, you can go to our website: www.sicreative.org and make your $10 refundable deposit via a credit card. (Click on DONATE, and make the $10 deposit, and add a message that the $ is for the Clay Workshop deposit.)
Class is to be taught by Henry Glener, Clay Artist and Member of The Staten Island Creative Community. SICC will provide all the materials. A sketch of what your child would like to make would be helpful. To protect the integrity of the piece, a hair dryer would be useful to help the drying process.
SICC/Art On The Terrace events, exhibits, workshops are made possible with funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and is administered by Staten Island Arts.
